Why rent Villa Duende in Salobreña, Costa Tropical in Spain?
If you are looking for the perfect holiday location, that is tranquil, yet close to the beach - has stunning views of the Mediterranean sea and of the Sierra Nevada - is situated in a historical village, yet with all the modern requirements... then you've come to the right spot !
Welcome to our Villa "Duende"

The villa is located on one of the most exclusive urbanisations on the Costa Tropical of Granada, Monte de los Almendros.
It is tucked away at the end of a quiet side street with no through traffic. Once you enter through the large wooden doors of the villa, you know you are in a special place. There is no sense of having neighbours as below are some farm houses that can´t even be seen and the property is so long and well designed that you don’t even see or hear the neighbours to the sides.

The Costa Tropical is the coastline of the Granada province, situated to the East side of Málaga. It is more Spanish and less crowed thant the more famous Costa del Sol.
More than 320 days of sun a year and an average temperature of 20c makes Granada’s Tropical Coast an ideal spot. Light winds from North Africa, warm waters of the Mediterranean and the shelter provided by the nearby Sierra Nevada give it Europe’s only subtropical climate.
Apart from sea and culture, the Tropical Coast offers a great number of possibilities such as golf, paragliding, trekking in the
villages which are located inland, scuba-diving in the rich depths
of Cerro Gordo and the nautical
sports that have their centre at
the marina of Marina del
Este (Almuñecar) and the Club Náutico
of Motril.
